Office Sample ("we", "us", "our") operates officesample.com and hosts limited-run sample sales from partner brands. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide: when you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order details. Payment card details are processed directly by our checkout and payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, we collect device and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring links, using cookies and similar technologies.

We use personal information to:

• Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping within up to 1 week
• Communicate with you about your order or the sale
• Send sale announcements you have opted into (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• Prevent fraud and keep the store secure
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the store — for example our ecommerce and checkout platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, and email service — and only to the extent needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though parts of the store (like the shopping bag) may not work without them.

When permitted by your advertising choice and applicable regional requirements, we share product views and successful cart additions with Meta through the existing Meta Pixel. This includes numeric Shopify variant identifiers, product names, prices, quantities, currency, page information and browser/device identifiers that Meta uses for advertising measurement and ad optimization. These product events do not add email addresses or other customer matching data.

In regions requiring consent, these events are blocked until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, we also ask for consent. Elsewhere these events may run unless you reject advertising or your browser sends a supported opt-out signal. Ad clicks and impressions can still be counted by the advertising platform.

Open Advertising settings at the bottom of any page to reject or withdraw permission for future product-event sharing. Opening settings does not change your current choice. We save an anonymous visitor reference, your choices, timestamps, region when available and the notice shown in your browser, retaining earlier acceptance evidence when you withdraw. We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle any disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted checkout, to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
