These Terms of Use govern your use of officesample.com and any purchase you make through Office Samples ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Office Samples hosts limited-run sample sales from partner brands. Items are samples, overstock, or past-season pieces offered at deep discounts and in limited quantities.

All sale items are final sale. Unless an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Quantities are limited and items may sell out at any time; adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. We may limit quantities per customer and may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or bots. If we cancel an order, any amount charged will be refunded.

We work hard to display products, colors, and pricing accurately, but errors can happen. If an item is mispriced, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders ship within 2 business days. Shipping is a flat $9 per order and free on orders over $150. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and your destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Promotions such as "buy more, save more" apply automatically at checkout where indicated, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time. Discounts apply to merchandise only, not shipping or taxes.

All content on this site — including text, imagery, logos, and design — is owned by Office Samples or its partner brands and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Office Samples is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products; our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies to orders placed after its effective date.
