Shipping & Returns

We ship every order within 2 business days of purchase. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they leave our warehouse.

Shipping is a flat $9 per order, and free on orders over $150.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and your destination. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Because these are limited-run sample sales with deep discounts, all sale items are final sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Please review the size guide and product details carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@officesample.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a replacement or refund where possible.

Orders are processed quickly so we can ship within 2 business days. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping addresses, items, or sizes after an order is placed. Contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
